Please follow the steps in this guide to set up your Star TSP printer in Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10. Prior to this setup, make sure that you have plugged in and powered on the printer, installed the driver (see below), and that you've done a successful test print (that option will be there for you at the end of the setup procedure). Many times, the driver that comes on the installation with the printer is an older version, so you might want to check the manufacturer's site for the latest version.
